As a Senior HRMIS Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Operations Managerthrough the delivery of insightful analytics, accurate monthly reporting, andefficient administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Compilation andpresentation of HR operational reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual)
- Analysis and presentationof HR data, identifying errors, trends, and providing actionable insights
- Developing reports anddashboards that provide meaningful employee and remuneration insights
- Management of data intakefrom multiple sources (including payroll) and ensure accurate reporting
- Verification and assuranceof HR data quality, integrity, and accuracy
- Driving reportingautomation and operational efficiencies
- Supporting HR audits,investigations, and follow-ups
- Resolving HR operationalqueries in collaboration with HR stakeholders
- Creation and delivery ofspecialised HR and MANCO presentations
- Maintenance of HR systems,databases, policies, portals, and HR web content
- Ensuring HR datareliability and governance standards
- Contribution to HR MISprojects and strategic initiatives
- Documenting HR processesand building institutional knowledge to reduce key-man dependency
- Preparation of REM files(bi-annual)
- Preparation of variablecompensation letters and distribution to MANCO
- Co - ownershipof MANCO and remuneration reporting alongside the HR Operations Manager
- Qualified CharteredAccountant (CA(SA)) or CIMA designation.
- Minimum of 2 years’post-articles professional experience.
- Demonstrated commitment tohigh standards of service delivery and performance excellence.
- Proven ability to thrivein a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Experience within afinancial services environment will be advantageous
- Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite, i.e. Excel, as well as Word, Outlook andPowerPoint.
- Strong working knowledgeand practical experience with Power BI.
- Strong written and verbalcommunication skills.
- Proven ability to analyseand evaluate HR-related issues effectively.
- Proficiency in utilisingrelevant systems and applications, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint,and database management tools.
- Strong interpersonalskills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively withstakeholders at all levels and across diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to interpret,research, and analyse data and reports to support informeddecision-making.
- Strong attention to detailand high degree of accuracy.
