Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with basic product and service information

• Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks

• Follow up with customers by phone, email, or in person

• Help maintain accurate client records and sales information

• Prepare quotes, documents, and basic sales reports

• Identify new sales opportunities and refer leads to the sales team

• Deliver friendly and professional customer service at all times

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer skills

• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment

• Positive attitude and professional manner

• Strong attention to detail

• Able to work well in a team

Nice to Have

• Previous sales or customer service experience

• Interest in finance, sales, or client service
