Key Responsibilities

• Support the E-commerce Social Media Manager in executing social media campaigns and promotions.
• Track social media performance metrics and assist in compiling regular reports on key metrics.
• Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify new content ideas and engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with broader e-commerce goals.

Requirements

• Some experience in social media management or marketing, preferably within an e-commerce context.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter).
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
