Role Requirements Qualifications

Degree at NQF Level 7 Essential. Degree in Business Management or a related field at NQF Level 8 Ideal. Experience

Minimum 8 years' extensive and in-depth managerial experience within fuel, retail operations, safety regulations and compliance environments. 710 years' related retail managerial experience within a similar environment would be ideal. Strong experience across a holistic retail environment. Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, cost control and profitability. Experience in operations, business development, business relationships, project management, risk and compliance and people management. Experience managing diverse teams and driving operational excellence.
