- Lead strategic research initiatives in advanced polymer synthesis and modification.

- Develop and optimize polymerization processes and material processing methods.
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to integrate new polymers into applications.
- Author patent applications, scientific publications, and present findings at international conferences.
- Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive research experience in polymer science and engineering.
- Demonstrated track record of innovation, including patents and publications in peer‑reviewed journals.
- Expertise in various polymerization techniques (e.g., radical, anionic, cationic, condensation).
- Proficiency with polymer characterization techniques and data interpretation.
