Inhouse Systems Trainer

Minimum requirements: - Matric / Grade 12. - Relevant qualification in Training, Information Systems, IT, Business Administration or a related field advantageous. - Previous experience in systems training, software training, process training or user support. - Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly. - Experience working with ERP, CRM, accounting, warehouse, manufacturing or other business systems advantageous. - Strong documentation and technical writing skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to simplify complex processes and explain them clearly to different levels of users.
