What You'll Do
Play a pivotal role in cross-functional teams to solve complex client challenges across various industries and geographics.
Craft in-depth data analyses using advanced tools and techniques to drive sophisticated hypothesis generation and develop actionable recommendations.
- Drive independent workstreams, contributing to overall project success.
- Participate/conduct interviews with clients, companies in the sector and specialists in the subject under analysis, both inside and outside BCG.
Thoughtfully communicate insights, steering decisions and overseeing change execution with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to address client challenges.
- Develop and present proposals and ideas to respond to customer needs and issues
What You'll Bring
This role is specifically for students currently studying at a UK university.
- Education background (undergraduate, Master's, PhD, MBA) Degree from Top university in the UK or 2-5 years of strategy, consulting, investment banking or private equity work experience after completing your degree
- Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, paired with high attention to detail.
- Critical thinking skills to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutions.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local office language(s).
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and adapt to changing environments.
- Work authorization to work in either of our Africa offices.
