About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and skilled Beauty Therapist to join their team in Vereeniging . This position offers a unique hybrid work model, allowing for a balance between on-site client treatments and remote client consultations or administrative tasks. You will provide a comprehensive range of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, massage, and potentially specialized therapies, ensuring clients feel relaxed and rejuvenated. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare and wellness, possesses excellent technical skills, and excels at creating a personalized and comfortable experience for every client, contributing to the overall reputation of the spa for excellence and client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments such as facials, body treatments, waxing, and massage therapy.
• Assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and home care regimes.
• Provide expert advice on skincare and beauty products, promoting sales where appropriate.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards in all treatment areas and with all equipment.
• Conduct virtual consultations to discuss treatment plans and client progress.
• Schedule appointments and manage client records accurately, both on-site and remotely.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification or certification as a Beauty Therapist .
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering a range of beauty and spa treatments.
• Proficiency in facial techniques, massage therapies, and hair removal methods.
• Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and product ingredients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and via virtual platforms.
• Ability to manage time effectively and provide exceptional client service in Vereeniging .
