Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Design and manage salary structures, job grading, and incentive programs.
- Oversee the administration of all employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and statutory benefits.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation pertaining to compensation and benefits.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to leadership and HR colleagues on C&B matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Compensation and Benefits, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex C&B programs.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and advanced Excel.
- In‑depth knowledge of South African labor laws and reward practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, crucial for remote leadership.
