Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area and act as the first point of contact to deliver a welcoming experience for clients, visitors, and callers.
- Coordinate client hospitality, meeting room readiness, refreshments, and related support to facilitate seamless meetings.
- Provide administrative support, including room bookings, deliveries, office supply tracking, records maintenance, and facilities escalations.
- Support the practical coordination, administrative preparation, and hospitality logistics for company functions and internal events.
- Coordinate daily housekeeping standards across shared spaces to ensure the workplace remains clean, stocked, safe, and presentable.
- Demonstrate core business values while contributing positively to overall office efficiency and service excellence.
Requirements
- A relevant certificate or qualification in Office Administration, Business Administration, Reception, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house or office administration role.
- Strong client-service orientation with professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organizational abilities with high attention to detail and data-capturing accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in operating standard office equipment, switchboards, printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Background working within a professional services, financial services, or corporate environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with electronic filing systems, shared calendars, digital communication tools, and meeting-room booking platforms
