AI Enablement Coach

We are looking for an experienced AI Enablement Coach to help employees use Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot effectively, practically and responsibly within the workplace.

The role will focus on coaching, user adoption, practical AI use cases, prompt development and helping teams integrate AI into everyday processes while maintaining appropriate privacy, security and human-review standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one coaching, small-group sessions and practical AI bootcamps
• Work through identified AI opportunities and translate them into practical use cases
• Turn operational challenges into safe, prompt-led workflows
• Help staff develop, test and refine reusable prompts
• Support document comparison, reporting, summarisation, data analysis, exception identification and meeting preparation
• Create reusable prompt templates, quick guides and worked examples
• Reinforce verification, privacy, information-security and human-review requirements
• Track participation, adoption, completed use cases, time saved and lessons learned
• Analyse current procedures to identify additional AI opportunities
• Refer requirements involving integrations, production automation or new technical solutions to GT AI or Group IT

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Experience enabling and supporting users of deployed AI solutions
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 tools and workflows
• Experience with prompt development, practical AI use cases and workflow improvement
• Experience creating training material, guides and reusable prompt resources
• Knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, information security and human-review requirements
• Financial Services or regulated-operations experience advantageous
