Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the entire organization. Develop complex financial models to support strategic planning, investment analysis, and scenario planning. Prepare monthly financial performance reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions. Partner with business unit leaders to understand financial drivers and identify opportunities for improvement. Enhance financial reporting processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance. Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a remote setting.
