Entry-Level Retail Sales Assistant
Intuitive Legends Marketing is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Entry-Level Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in East Rand. As an Entry-Level Retail Sales Assistant, you will support daily store operations, assist customers with product selection, and help maintain a welcoming and well-organised retail environment. Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and create a friendly, professional first impression
Assist customers in identifying products that meet their needs
Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and pricing
Support the sales process by helping customers make informed purchasing decisions
Monitor product availability and report low stock levels to the relevant team members
Handle customer questions and concerns in a calm and helpful manner
Maintain store cleanliness and support overall visual merchandising standards
Work closely with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines
Requirements
Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
Willingness to learn and develop retail and sales skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Good time management and reliability
Customer-focused mindset with a strong willingness to help others
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform basic physical retail tasks
Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays when needed

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
Confidence in upselling or recommending products
Experience working in a target-driven environment
