Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist

About the Role

Our client is searching for a skilled and creative Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist to join their multimedia team in Randburg . You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling visual stories, incorporating dynamic motion graphics and visual effects to enhance engagement. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of storytelling, and expertise in post-production software. You will work on a variety of projects, including marketing videos, explainer animations, and social media content, contributing to the company's visual communication strategy and brand narrative.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content for various platforms (web, social media, presentations).
• Create and animate motion graphics, titles, and visual effects to enhance video narratives.
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to understand project objectives and visual styles.
• Ensure color correction, sound mixing, and overall quality of the final video output.
• Manage video assets and maintain an organized library of footage and projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques, software, and trends in motion graphics.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Artist , with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Expertise in motion graphics and visual effects software like Adobe After Effects.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
