Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments. Act as the Manager on Duty, making critical decisions to address operational needs and guest concerns. Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals. Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards. Manage operational budgets and contribute to revenue generation strategies. Handle guest feedback and complaints, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution. Requirements Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a Duty Manager or Assistant Manager role. Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams. Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficiency in hotel management software and standard office applications.
