Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark salaries, benefits, and other compensation components.
- Design, develop, and administer competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
- Manage vendor relationships for benefits providers and ensure smooth administration.
- Communicate program details effectively to employees and support HR in resolving inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for remote collaboration.
