Minimum Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional designation through SAICA, SAIPA, or an equivalent professional body. Essential Experience Minimum 3 years' experience in a Financial Management role. Experience within agricultural finance, financial services, or a related commercial environment will be advantageous. Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Microsoft Business Central (BC). Strong understanding of financial management, governance, compliance, and reporting standards. Experience presenting financial information to senior leadership and Boards. Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Prepare and present financial reports to management and the Board of Directors. Monitor organisational profitability and identify performance improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with FSCA, FIC, trust account regulations, and other applicable legislation. Manage internal and external audit processes. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of financial information. Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls. Lead and develop accounting, finance, and administration teams. Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies. Manage reporting deadlines and regulatory submissions. Support business growth initiatives through financial analysis, due diligence, and strategic decision-making.
