About the Role Our client, a global leader in advanced manufacturing solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer specializing in manufacturing systems to join their innovative team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute your expertise from anywhere. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated software solutions that optimize production lines, enhance operational efficiency, and drive data analytics for our manufacturing clients worldwide. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy robust software applications for manufacturing execution systems (MES) and industrial automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and clients, to define software requirements and solutions. Optimize software performance, scalability, and reliability for mission-critical industrial environments. Implement data integration strategies and develop reporting tools for production analytics. Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues in production environments. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on manufacturing systems or industrial automation. Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or C++. Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
