Key Responsibilities Develop and implement operational plans for crop planting, cultivation, harvesting, and livestock husbandry. Manage farm staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance oversight. Oversee budget management, cost control, and financial reporting for farm operations. Ensure compliance with all relevant agricultural regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. Maintain and improve farm infrastructure, equipment, and machinery, ensuring operational efficiency. Monitor crop health and livestock conditions, implementing appropriate management interventions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field; Master's preferred. At least 6 years of progressive experience in farm management, with a strong background in mixed farming. Demonstrated success in managing both crop and livestock enterprises. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in farm management software and financial planning tools.
