Junior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is searching for a creative and empathetic Junior UX/UI Designer to join their fully remote product development team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or emerging designer passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate user needs into compelling designs for web and mobile applications. Working exclusively remotely, you will contribute to all stages of the design process, from user research to high-fidelity mockups, in a supportive and innovative environment. Your fresh perspective will be invaluable in shaping user-centric products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights into user behavior and needs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail, suited for a remote-first culture.
