About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Quality Assurance projects from planning through to execution and closure.
• Develop comprehensive QA project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and quality metrics.
• Coordinate and oversee the activities of QA teams, ensuring adherence to testing strategies and methodologies.
• Work closely with development teams to identify, track, and resolve defects and issues promptly.
• Implement and refine QA processes and best practices to enhance product quality and reliability.
• Provide regular reports on QA project status, risks, and key performance indicators to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proven experience managing QA projects, including test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
