Recruiter/Sourcer
Tiello is a US recruiting firm that places permanent hires with construction companies nationwide.
We're hiring a Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to find, engage, and qualify candidates for our recruiters. You own the top of the funnel: you identify the right people, start the conversation, and hand over candidates who are qualified and interested. You will also play a hand in helping generate new business opportunities by collecting lead information and updating the ATS with live and relevant information for the team.
This is a full-time remote role for someone based in South Africa.
What you'll do:
- Source candidates for open roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and our ATS (Loxo): project managers, estimators, superintendents, service technicians, and similar
- Build and run Boolean searches by trade, title, location, and employer
- Run outreach by InMail, email, and text, and manage replies
- Screen interested candidates on experience, motivation, compensation, and location, then hand qualified candidates to the recruiter who owns the role
- Map target companies and build talent pools for recurring roles in each division
- Keep every candidate record and pipeline stage in Loxo accurate and up to date
- Support recruiters with resume formatting, candidate submissions, and interview scheduling
- Find and generate new leads for the team alongside accurate contact information
What we're looking for
Must have
- 2+ years of experience as a sourcer, resourcer, or recruiter at a recruitment agency, ideally serving US or UK markets
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills
- Excellent written and spoken English; you represent Tiello to US candidates
- Comfort working to daily and weekly activity targets
- Experience keeping an ATS or CRM clean and current
- Reliable high-speed internet, backup power, and availability during US business hours
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting in construction, skilled trades, or engineering
- Experience with Loxo
- Ambition to grow into a full recruiting desk
