About the Role

Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their fully remote team, based remotely and serving clients needing support in the Tembisa region. You will be instrumental in sourcing and engaging high-caliber candidates for a wide array of client vacancies. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can independently manage recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and potential hires. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various client roles, from understanding job specifications to presenting qualified candidates.
• Proactively source candidates through diverse online platforms, professional networks and databases.
• Conduct thorough screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural alignment.
• Manage candidate communication, providing timely updates and maintaining a positive experience.
• Collaborate with client hiring managers to understand their needs and refine recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment Consultant, ideally in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a remote work environment.
