About the Role

Our client, a well-respected entity in Management Consultancy , is seeking a results-driven Operations Consultant to join their team in Mossel Bay, Western Cape . This role focuses on optimizing clients' operational efficiency, supply chains, and business processes to reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance overall performance. You will work closely with operational leaders to diagnose issues, design practical solutions, and implement changes that yield tangible improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' current operational performance, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement process improvements, lean methodologies, and supply chain optimizations.
• Develop performance metrics and dashboards to track operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing operational changes and managing change resistance.
• Advise clients on best practices in areas such as manufacturing, logistics, and service delivery.
• Ensure solutions are practical, sustainable, and aligned with clients' strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in operations management, supply chain management, or operations consulting.
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex operational data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
