Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join their fully remote team. This role focuses on leading organizational change, optimizing processes, and delivering transformative outcomes for clients. The position supports clients nationwide from a fully remote capacity.

About the Role

Lead engagements focused on organizational restructuring, process optimization, and change management. Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for digital and operational transformation. Conduct diagnostic assessments and performance analyses for clients. Facilitate virtual client meetings and workshops, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement. Deliver compelling presentations and reports outlining strategic recommendations and implementation plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of business transformation projects, aligning with organizational goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities in a virtual setting.
• Identify risks and issues and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Track project progress and report outcomes to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on business transformation or change management.
• Proven track record delivering complex transformation initiatives in remote settings.
• Excellent virtual communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or PMP may be preferred.
