About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare summaries of findings.
• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and other court documents under attorney supervision.
• Organize and maintain case files, evidence, and discovery materials.
• Interview clients and witnesses to gather information for cases.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Manage case timelines and ensure deadlines are met within the remote workflow.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Paralegal, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and documentation.
• Proficiency in legal research databases (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw) and case management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in a fully remote capacity.
