Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical assistance for the installation and configuration of various electronic systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues related to electronic devices and integrated systems.
- Guide clients through step‑by‑step procedures using clear, concise instructions via phone and video calls.
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic guides for effective problem‑solving.
- Document all support interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback meticulously in the CRM.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest advancements in electronic systems and remote support technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electronic Systems Technician or in a related technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and system integration.
- Proficiency in using remote diagnostic tools and software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity in a remote environment.
- Experience reading and understanding electronic schematics and technical documentation.

Contract: Full time
Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (CET)
