About the Role

Our client, a dynamic force in the Arts & Entertainment sector, is seeking an inspiring and visionary Creative Director to lead their digital media initiatives from Queenstown, Eastern Cape . This leadership role is responsible for defining and driving the creative vision across all digital platforms, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and innovative content. Key Responsibilities

• Define and direct the creative vision and strategy for all digital media projects and platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals, including designers, writers, and videographers.
• Oversee the development of engaging content for websites, social media, streaming services, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure creative excellence and alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure brand consistency and high aesthetic standards across all digital touchpoints.
• Manage creative resources, project timelines, and budgets effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related creative field.
• 10+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position, preferably in Digital Media or Arts & Entertainment .
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful, award-winning digital creative campaigns.
• Expertise in a wide range of digital design and content creation tools and platforms.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
