You will be responsible for interpreting design plans, managing site operations, supervising labor and subcontractors, and ensuring all work complies with specifications and project timelines. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all day-to-day on-site construction activities for civil engineering projects.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure work complies with project standards and specifications.
• Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring efficient utilization.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations on site.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site records, and assist with site measurements and claims.

Requirements

• National Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction supervision role.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety practices on construction sites.
• Good organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively.
