Key Responsibilities

• Perform installations of new equipment and systems, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and client requirements.


• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software malfunctions, performing necessary repairs or replacements.


• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent potential issues and ensure system longevity.


• Provide on-site technical assistance and support to customers, explaining technical procedures in an understandable manner.


• Manage service schedules and logistics efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize client disruption.


• Document all work performed, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and parts used, within the company's database.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical installation, maintenance, and repair roles.


• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and network systems.


• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.


• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.


• Proficiency with common diagnostic tools and software.
