About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Fleet Operations Manager to oversee their fleet operations in Bloemfontein. This role is responsible for the efficient management, maintenance, and utilization of the company's vehicle fleet to support business operations. You will manage operational budgets, ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations, and lead a team responsible for fleet maintenance and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management best practices, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company fleet, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation laws, regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Fleet Operations Management.

• Proven ability to manage budgets and control operational costs.
