Job description

Salary: R23000 – R25000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Telesales Representative for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own your own outbound call list and booked leads.

Role overview

You will call UK prospects, start conversations and book meetings for the sales team, with a call list you own from first dial to handover. This is a full-time, 100% remote role for South African talent, working UK hours: 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm and cold prospects
  • Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
  • Record every call outcome in the CRM
  • Follow up by phone and email
  • Hit weekly call and booking targets

What you'll need

  • Experience in telesales or outbound calling
  • Confident, clear spoken English
  • Experience using a CRM or dialler
  • Resilience and a target-driven mindset
  • Able to work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST)

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
  • B2B sales experience
  • Previous work with UK prospects
