Remote Food & Beverage Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and results-driven Remote Food & Beverage Manager to lead their virtual F&B strategy and operations. This unique role focuses on curating unique culinary experiences, managing remote partnerships, and ensuring quality standards are met across all offerings, without direct on-site oversight. You will be responsible for menu development, sourcing quality suppliers, and optimizing the guest dining experience through creative remote solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex projects from a distance, contributing to a forward-thinking approach to hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative food and beverage concepts and menus for various guest offerings.


• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the quality and timely delivery of ingredients and products.


• Oversee inventory management and cost control measures to maximize profitability.


• Develop and enforce high standards for food safety, hygiene, and quality control across all remote operations.


• Analyze market trends and guest feedback to identify opportunities for menu enhancements and service improvements.


• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote F&B offerings and drive revenue.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Food & Beverage management , preferably within a multi-unit or large-scale operation.


• Proven track record in menu development, cost control, and inventory management.


• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, adaptable to a remote work environment .


• Demonstrated ability to manage projects remotely and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.


• Culinary degree or equivalent experience is highly regarded.
