About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Online Learning Facilitator to join their fully remote academic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting students through their online learning journey, ensuring an engaging and effective educational experience. You will foster a vibrant online community, provide timely feedback, and collaborate with instructional designers to continuously improve course content and delivery methods. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate online courses by engaging with students, answering queries, and moderating discussion forums.
• Provide constructive and timely feedback on student assignments, participation, and progress.
• Monitor student engagement and performance, proactively reaching out to students who may be struggling.
• Collaborate with faculty and instructional designers to refine course materials and online learning strategies.
• Ensure a positive and effective online learning experience, upholding academic integrity and institutional standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, a relevant academic field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in online teaching, facilitation, or student support roles.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) and other online learning tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and troubleshoot technical issues common in remote settings.
