About the Role

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and diligent Remote Aviation Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to all relevant aviation regulations and standards. You will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs across the organization. This position requires a deep understanding of aviation law, regulatory requirements, and best practices for safety and operational integrity. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage compliance programs and policies related to aviation regulations.
• Monitor changes in aviation laws and regulations, assessing their impact and ensuring timely adaptation.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to evaluate compliance status and identify potential risks.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to regulatory authorities.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
• Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Compliance Specialist or in a similar role within the aviation sector.
• In-depth knowledge of national and international aviation regulations (e.g., ICAO, SACAA).
• Experience with developing and implementing compliance management systems.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex regulations clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Law, or a related field is required.
