Business Analyst - Management Consultancy

About the Role

Our client, a reputable firm within Management Consultancy , is looking for a diligent and analytical Business Analyst to join their team servicing clients in the Queenstown, Eastern Cape region. This role is fundamental in understanding client business needs, analyzing complex problems, and documenting requirements for proposed solutions. You will work closely with consultants and clients to ensure that proposed solutions accurately address business challenges and deliver tangible value. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong analytical skills to grow within the consulting field.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.
• Create process models, use cases, and data flow diagrams.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and meetings.
• Support the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
• Collaborate with project managers and consultants to define project scope and objectives.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
