About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at their facility in Paarl . This role is responsible for managing all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal resource utilization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse management systems, a commitment to safety, and the ability to lead and motivate a warehouse team. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and upholding high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency and space utilization.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations within the warehouse.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role in logistics or warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety procedures.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
