You will play a key role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement to successful candidate placement. Key Responsibilities

• Manage client recruitment needs, understanding specific role requirements and company cultures.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of online and offline methods.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across relevant industries.
• Facilitate the interview process and provide constructive feedback to candidates and clients.
• Negotiate employment offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
• Track recruitment activities and metrics using the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, either agency-side or in-house, is essential.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and online job platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines.
