About the Role

Our client is actively seeking enthusiastic and qualified Online ESL Teachers to join their globally connected virtual classroom. This is a fully remote position where you will teach English as a Second Language to international students of various age groups and proficiency levels. You will create engaging and interactive lessons that improve students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about language education, cultural exchange, and making a difference from the comfort of their own home, contributing to a leading platform for online language learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic and effective online English lessons to diverse student populations.
• Develop personalized learning plans based on student needs and progress.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies and digital resources to maximize student engagement.
• Provide constructive feedback on student performance and encourage active participation.
• Maintain accurate student records and communicate progress to students and/or parents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is highly desirable.
• Previous experience teaching English as a foreign language online.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
