Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, researchers, and clinicians within the oncology field.
- Engage in scientific exchange to educate healthcare professionals on therapeutic areas, clinical trial data, and the appropriate use of products.
- Gather insights from the field regarding treatment practices, unmet medical needs, and competitive intelligence.
- Support clinical trial activities, including site identification, investigator engagement, and data dissemination.
- Present complex scientific information clearly and accurately at medical conferences and advisory boards.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PharmD, Ph.D., M.D.) in a relevant scientific or clinical discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an MSL or in a related field (e.g., clinical development, medical affairs) within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in oncology.
- Deep understanding of oncology therapeutics, clinical trial design, and biostatistics.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a remote territory effectively, including significant travel.
