About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Gym Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their fitness facility in Welkom . This hybrid role requires a balance of on-site presence to ensure excellent member experiences and facility standards, combined with remote responsibilities for strategic planning and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing operational efficiency, driving membership growth, and maintaining a positive and motivating environment for both members and employees, ensuring the gym remains a leading fitness destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of gym operations, including staff scheduling, member services, and facility maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase membership sales, retention, and overall revenue.
• Manage and motivate a team of fitness instructors, personal trainers, and front desk staff.
• Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Implement and manage fitness programs and promotions to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fitness center management or a similar operational leadership role.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service within the fitness industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, staff performance, and operational processes effectively.
• Familiarity with gym management software and fitness equipment maintenance.
