Key Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, and manage all aspects of event production, from concept to execution.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and talent to ensure high-quality event delivery.

• Oversee on-site event management, including logistics, staffing, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in event planning and production, with a focus on arts and entertainment.
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics, budgets, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities for a fast-paced environment in Bloemfontein .
