About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Hotel Operations Supervisor to support the management team at their modern hotel in Centurion . This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of hotel operations, focusing on service delivery, staff supervision, and maintaining high standards of quality across various departments. You will work closely with department heads to oversee guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and staff performance, contributing to a positive guest experience and a productive work environment. This position offers a blend of on-site supervision and remote coordination, adapting to evolving operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of front desk, housekeeping, and F&B service staff.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and service standards across all operational areas.
• Assist in training and onboarding new staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Support the Hotel Manager in implementing operational improvements and managing departmental budgets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
