Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact for all inquiries and support needs.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals and ensure they are leveraging our services effectively.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Gather client feedback and advocate for client needs internally to drive product and service improvements.
• Onboard new clients, providing comprehensive training and support to ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer success , account management, or customer service role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of client relationship management principles and techniques.
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and support ticketing systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
