Remote Financial Planner

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and client-focused Financial Planner to join their expanding remote team. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing personalized advice on investments, retirement planning, insurance, and estate considerations, all within a flexible, remote work structure. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, present, and implement comprehensive, personalized financial plans for individual clients.
• Analyze clients' financial status, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and insurance coverage.
• Provide recommendations on investment strategies, retirement planning, education savings, and risk management.
• Educate clients on financial concepts and the implications of their planning choices.
• Regularly review and update clients' financial plans to adapt to changing life circumstances and market conditions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CFP® or equivalent are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients and understand their unique financial needs and goals.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, retirement vehicles, insurance, and estate planning principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a remote client base effectively.
