About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Area Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites within the Soweto region. You will manage a team of cleaning staff, coordinate daily activities, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to all safety and hygiene protocols. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of cleaning staff across assigned areas.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess cleaning quality and identify any deficiencies.
• Manage the allocation and usage of cleaning supplies and equipment for your area.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to cleaning team members.
• Address any client or staff concerns related to cleaning services promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the cleaning industry.
• Solid understanding of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations.
