About the Role

Our client is looking for a results‑driven Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to identify and secure profitable investment properties in and around Nelspruit. This role involves extensive market research, property sourcing, deal analysis, and negotiation to build the company’s property portfolio. You will be responsible for evaluating potential acquisitions, performing financial viability assessments, and managing the due diligence process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Mpumalanga property market, excellent financial analysis skills, and a proven ability to close deals. This position offers a chance to make a significant impact on the company's growth strategy within the Nelspruit area.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential real estate acquisition opportunities through various channels.
• Conduct thorough market analysis and property-specific research to assess investment potential.
• Perform detailed financial modeling and feasibility studies for prospective acquisitions.
• Negotiate purchase terms and agreements with property sellers and their representatives.
• Manage the due diligence process, including coordinating inspections, appraisals, and legal reviews.
• Present acquisition proposals and recommendations to the investment committee.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or investment analysis.
• Proven ability to source, analyze, and close real estate deals.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills using Excel.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Deep understanding of the Nelspruit and Mpumalanga property market is essential.
