Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective training programs and game strategies tailored to the team's strengths and opponent weaknesses.
• Coach and mentor players, focusing on technical skill development, tactical awareness, and physical conditioning.
• Manage player conduct and team discipline both on and off the field, promoting a professional environment.
• Scout and identify potential new talent for the team, contributing to player recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with support staff, including fitness trainers and medical personnel, to ensure holistic player well-being.
• Analyze match performance and provide constructive feedback to players and staff.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a head coach or assistant coach at a professional or high amateur level.
• Recognized coaching badges and qualifications (e.g., UEFA Pro License or equivalent).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
