Senior BIM Architect

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior BIM Architect to drive the implementation and advancement of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across their projects. This role is crucial for enhancing design coordination, improving project efficiency, and ensuring data integrity throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing BIM standards, training project teams, and overseeing BIM execution plans for complex architectural endeavors. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement firm-wide BIM standards , workflows, and best practices.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes between different project disciplines.
• Manage and deliver BIM models for various project phases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide training and technical support to architectural staff on BIM software and processes.
• Collaborate with project teams to define BIM requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Professional Architect qualification or equivalent relevant degree.
• Minimum 6 years of architectural experience, with a significant focus on BIM implementation.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, with a strong understanding of BIM protocols (e.g., IFC).
• Experience in developing and managing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
