About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Operations Manager specializing in Quality Assurance to join their established team in Paarl . This critical role will ensure that all operational processes meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality management systems, leading QA initiatives, and driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the operations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality assurance programs and procedures.
• Oversee all quality control activities, including inspections, audits, and testing of products and processes.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a proactive approach to quality management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management with a strong focus on quality assurance and control.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience in auditing and regulatory compliance.
